When will you make the remaining Alphabet Videos?
We make alphabet videos in between making our main music videos. At the moment, we release about 1 new alphabet video per month. Rest assured, we are working on the next one now.
Do you perform live shows? When you will be touring to my location?
No, we don’t perform live shows. We have young families and are not able to travel for touring, so we are focussed on producing videos only. Maybe in a few years when our kids are a bit older!
What ever happened to Sam (that tall guy dressed as a duck)?
Sam was an original member of Bounce Patrol in our first year. Due to the time commitments required, Sam unfortunately wasn’t able to keep making videos and left the group at the end of 2013.
Can I download your videos to watch on my phone/tablet?
Unfortunately there is no simple method of selling video downloads in a format that’s ready to be viewed in the native "videos" app on your mobile device. Small publishers like us aren’t allowed to sell videos in the iTunes or Google Play stores. We could send you an .mp4 file, but you would need a cloud service to store it on... it all gets rather complicated, and we don't have the resources to offer customer support for that. So currently we don't sell videos for download.
The best way to download our videos and watch them without an internet connection is through the YouTube app. If you have a YouTube Red subscription (currently available in the USA, Australia and New Zealand) you can download all our videos onto your device for offline viewing.
Do you have a Bounce Patrol app?
Not at the moment. We have plans to make a Bounce Patrol app in the future (to host offline videos and more) but right now it's a choice between app development or making new videos, and we think using our time to make new videos serves our audience best for now.
What's the best way to support Bounce Patrol?
Buy our merch! We offer a few products for sale on our website including t-shirts, music CDs, and stickers, and sales of these held us fund making new music and videos.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments from PayPal and all major credit cards.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all over the world from Melbourne, Australia.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We pack and send orders within 2 business days. Local delivery to other places in Australia arrive within 2-3 days. Items sent everywhere else in the world will arrive within 1-3 weeks, depending on how far away from Australia you are. North America and Europe will typically receive their item within 6-10 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on weight, so add some items to your cart and use the "estimate shipping" button on the cart page as a guide. Accurate shipping price is calculated once you enter your address during checkout. You will get a shipping estimate prior to placing an order.
In general, for small orders we try to pack things so they fit as a “letter” because sending letters from Australia is much cheaper than sending parcels. Tshirts, CDs and stickers can usually fit in a letter envelope, in which case shipping will range from AUD$7.40 to AUD$16.50 based on weight.
Are tracking numbers available?
It depends with shipping method you choose at checkout. The cheapest shipping method (Air Mail Letter) does not include tracking information. If you would like tracking information, please select the "Pack and Track" shipping alternative during checkout.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes, expedited shipping is available. Note that fast shipping from Australia can get expensive depending on your location. To see what shipping methods are available, simply add some items to you cart and enter your address information. You will be able to view shipping prices before placing an order.
What is your refund/return policy?

Can I see prices in my local currency?
Yes! You can view prices in your local currency by clicking the currency drop-down menu at the top of each page. The prices will update with an estimate in your currency. Please note that once you reach checkout, your order will be placed in Australian Dollars.
Can I order in my own currency?
No, our checkout system can’t handle multiple currencies. You can view prices in your local currency to get an estimate, and then when you reach checkout you will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Do you charge GST / Tax?
If you are placing an order for delivery within Australia, GST is included in the price. If you are placing an international order, there is no GST/Tax charged.
When will you get [blank] back in stock?
If an item does go out of stock, generally it will be restocked within 3 weeks. We will announce on Twitter/Facebook when something has been restocked, so keep an eye out for that!
Can I add/remove/edit an item in my order after it's been placed?
If you placed your order less than 24 hours ago, we may be able to add an item – please email email@example.com with your request. After 24 hours, it’s likely that your order has already been posted so we won’t be able to add to it.
